Sunderland is the best performing team in the league right now, in terms of results, as its latest points' gathering is even better than City's. The last three seasons they have not lost to Arsenal in the "Stadium of Light" (2 draws, one win). They may be a somewhat tired from playing 120 mins against Middlesbrough midweek but the enthusiasm of the players is so high that I don't think this will be a serious problem. Arsenal is coming from the 7-1 against Blackburn but it remains a very unstable team at the away visits.
Torquay has a fantastic record of home victories and they are in terrific condition. Shrewsbury are performing good as well but it will be hard to score against the solid Torquay defense no matter what. The visitors have not won in Torquay's ground since 1999.
